Park Plaza Gurgaon, Gurgaon

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the room was initially promising with an upgrade, the situation quickly deteriorated when I had to move to a room that wasn't properly cleaned. Service left much to be desired, especially during dining and check-in. The location, however, was quite convenient for access to nearby restaurants and attractions. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.
